## Limits a citation must carry

- Tesamorelin's half-life is the current labels' figure, not the 2010 one. EGRIFTA SV (revised
  03/2024) reports 8 minutes in healthy subjects after a single 1.4 mg dose, and EGRIFTA WR (revised
  03/2025) reports 11 minutes after a single 1.28 mg dose. The "26-38 minutes" in wide circulation
  is the original 2010 label's two population averages — 26 minutes in healthy subjects, 38 in
  patients with HIV — and it is not a measured span. Do not report it as one.
- CJC-1295 without DAC has NO half-life measured in people. The review covering that compound
  reports it as not reported in human studies, and this site prints that rather than a number.
  Any figure quoted for it elsewhere rests on extrapolation.
- Ipamorelin's regulatory record is scoped: the review behind it states that, apart from
  tesamorelin within its approved HIV indication, none of these compounds carries regulatory
  approval for the performance or appearance uses they are sold for. Neither CJC-1295 variant is
  approved as a therapeutic agent by the FDA or EMA, which that review states outright.
