Whether these belong in one column or two is an open question in this site’s brand book. They are two here, because one column would have to carry a single figure, and no figure describes both a form recorded in minutes and a form recorded in days.
All three records on one logarithmic axis — the same scale the full matrix uses, so the distances are comparable across the site. This is the clearest argument on the page that “GHRH analog” is a class and not a specification.
Sermorelin is recorded as 10–20 min, CJC-1295 (no DAC) as ~30 min, and CJC-1295 + DAC as ~6–8 days. Where a figure is a span it stays a span, on the bar and in the label. Averaging a span to a single number would make the chart tidier and the figure wrong.
Sharing a mechanism row tells you these molecules act on the same system. It does not tell you they act the same way, for the same length of time, at the same dose, or with the same evidence behind them.
