1. Acceptance

By accessing sermorelincompare.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the updated version.

2. Description of Service

The Site publishes comparative, educational information about growth-hormone peptides, including sermorelin, tesamorelin, ipamorelin and CJC-1295, and about companies that sell access to them. The Site sells nothing, dispenses nothing, and provides no clinical service of any kind.

3. Not Medical Advice

Nothing on the Site is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for care from a licensed clinician. The Site has no clinical review process and claims none. 4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or to misrepresent its content as clinical guidance.

5. Intellectual Property

The text, tables, charts and code on the Site are ours except where attributed. You may quote briefly with a link. Republishing our comparison tables or figures wholesale, or reproducing them as an image without attribution, is not permitted.

6. Affiliate Links and Advertising

Some links on the Site are affiliate links: if you click one and sign up, we may be paid a commission. Every such link is labelled where it appears, directly beside the button it belongs to, and not only at the bottom of a page. A commission does not change a company’s position in a comparison, and companies that pay us nothing appear in the same tables in the same format. 7. Third-Party Links and Providers

The Site links to companies we do not control. We do not endorse, warrant or take responsibility for their products, prices, pharmacies, clinicians, privacy practices or terms. Prices and offerings change without notice. Verify anything material on the seller’s own site before you buy.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete or current. Figures are read on a stated date and can be wrong or out of date by the time you read them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site — whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination do survive it.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new “last updated” date. Material changes take effect when posted.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction thereof.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. You may not assign them; we may.
