Why it exists
Growth-hormone peptides are sold in bundles by companies with an interest in the differences between them being invisible. Sermorelin and ipamorelin act through different receptors. CJC-1295 with DAC lasts roughly a thousand times longer in plasma than sermorelin does. Tesamorelin is FDA approved and the rest are not. None of that is hard to establish, and almost nobody puts it on one screen.
This site is that screen. It is organised by molecule rather than by seller, because the question people actually arrive with is which of these things they have been offered, and how they differ.
Who writes it
Elena Marchetti comes from biotech investing, where her work was reading clinical data and deciding whether a molecule did what its sponsor said it did. She writes here about growth-hormone peptides — sermorelin, ipamorelin, CJC-1295, tesamorelin — which are routinely sold as if interchangeable and are not. Every figure on this site carries its source. Where two sources disagree, she prints both rather than picking one.
Elena Marchetti is a pen name
It is a pen name, and we would rather say so here than have you find out elsewhere. A pen name is ordinary publishing practice; what is not ordinary is inventing a credential to sit behind one, and this site does not.

She holds no medical licence. She is not a medical reviewer, and this site has no clinical review process to be a reviewer of. The experience described above — reading clinical data, evaluating therapeutic claims against evidence, following how drugs get developed and approved — is what she brings, and it is the whole of what she brings.
